TEMPO ARGO R5 is a versatile endurance road saddle with a short-nosed design and generous ischial support that encourages stability. Where a traditional saddle shape encourages riders to shift their position frequently for better leverage, Argo puts the rider in a more planted position, making for greater stability and better weight distribution. Tempo Argo's short length allows the rider to sit further forward without placing undue pressure on sensitive tissues. It also features an ergonomic cutout that was developed using detailed pressure analysis and input from medical experts. Argo is our most versatile saddle shape and each version suits different riding styles. As the endurance riding option, Tempo Argo has been engineered to deliver a riding feel that suits the balanced geometry of today's all-purpose road machines. The padding is made from fizik's proprietary Type 2 foam formulation, slightly thicker around the ischial sit bones area to support a more upright riding posture. The cushioning is slightly softer and more progressive than the type we use on our racing saddles, providing more long-distance comfort. A short-nose saddle designed for pedal-assisted bikes with X3 ultra-strong Kium alloy rail systems. A ride-compliant, off-road saddle designed to complement the experience of riding a pedal-assisted full-suspension mountain bike. As part of the new Fizik range of short-nosed saddles, the Aidon is specifically designed for use with full-suspension E-MTBs. The shorter shape puts riders in a more planted position, making for greater stability, confidence and control when riding heavier pedal-assisted bikes. A gradual transition from nose to side wings allows smooth position changes while guiding the bike. The waved kick tail provides lower-back support to help riders hold their position while tackling technical climbs as well as giving greater control during the electric kick of assistance. Once you've conquered the climbs and you head downhill with your dropper post lowered, the saddle becomes a control device. The Terra Aidon's rounded contours allow smooth and fast movement of your legs around the saddle to help you stay on course. Since more time is spent in a seated position on an E-MTB than during traditional riding, the Terra Aidon features a specific ergonomic cut- out, designed to relieve pressure on sensitive areas. A rubber layer at the bottom of the cut-out functions as a mud flap, blocking unwanted dirt and spray from the trails. Additionally, to increase comfort, our E-MTB saddle is padded with a proprietary Type-2 foam that's thicker around the ischial sit bones area to support a more upright riding posture, as well as on the sides for better maneuverability and comfort while pedaling at a high cadence. For pedal-assisted all-mountain use, the Terra Aidon has been engineered with a compliant shell to offer a higher level of flexibility. This controlled elasticity absorbs vibrations for increased comfort. The 611 Ergowave S-Tube Saddle was designed to accommodate the requirements of off-road cycling and perfectly meet the demands of All Mountain and Enduro use. The wave-like shape and raised rear section provides perfect rearward support and an optimal pressure distribution which reaches deep into the body structures for improved power transmission. The lowered nose, in combination with the dip, provides optimal pressure relief for the perineal area. For even more pressure relief, especially on long technical climbs, the saddle nose of the 611 was made approximately 4mm wider than that of the 612, but just as flat and with the largest possible surface area. The padding was designed for the specific needs on the MTB with better dampening properties than the 612, making it perfect for rough off-road terrain. Additionally, a premium quality Kevlar material protects the saddle in the exposed places. The saddle rails on the non-active versions have been placed slightly closer together to allow for a more flexible shell which mimics the SQlab active technology and allows the saddle shell to follow the biomechanical motion when pedaling. This results in increased comfort, mobilization of the spinal discs, and reduced pressure to the sit bones.

The M-D Line was developed for maximum relief of sensitive areas. A pressure distribution product designed by medical experts. The M-D Line stands for Maximized Dip, and in combination with the high classic step shape, distributes the weight of the rider to the sit bones, where it should be. The 621 M-D is for city bikes with slight forward lean to upright sitting position. The relief of the perineum area is very high, 85%. Which is normally sufficient for age-related, enlarged prostate. Thanks to the proven SQlab active system which allows the saddle to follow the pedaling movements of the rider, comfort is increased, less strain is placed on the inter-vertebral discs and pressure on the sitbones is further reduced. The flex and active movement can be adjusted to the body weight with the comfort sticks in the active dampener. The Chromoly struts make the M-D Line suitable for heavier riders. The width of 24cm in particular offers a very large contact surface for absorbing even heavy body weight. SQlab recommends speaking with your doctor for any problems with your prostate or perennial nerves.
